Sharing available, but not the Permissions

I have a user who is running Outlook 2003 on XP SP2 and is granted the
option to Share his calendar. Only issue is that once it is shared,
the Permissions tab is not available. In addition, no one is able to
actually view his calendar. Normal behavior is to display 7 tabs on
the Calendar Properties, that is not his case. He is only showing
General, Home Page, AutoArchive, and Synchronization.

Any help is appreciated.
