Sharing calendar and contacts.

[sharing calendar]

i have 14 outlook users and all of them access to a pop3
server; i'd like to know how can i share the calendar and
contatcs among themselves.

If you go to calendar/options/advanced, switch on the icalendar option, then add your other users as invitees to each appointment you want them to attend by going to "invite attendees" tab each time you make an appointment.
