Sharing calendar in Entourage

I have Entourage installed on my OS 10.3 "test mac" and
noticed that public calendars do not appear as calendars.
They look like individual emails/meeting requests instead
of appearing in calendar format. So I would not suggest
public calendars, unless someone out there can give us a
hand with public calendars on Entourage???
