sharing calendar & inbox & getting alerts

we have 2 users both on the exchange server n using exchange server views.

user1 has ol2k pro & user2 has olxp pro.

user1 wants to share his CALENDAR & INBOX such that both users r alerted for
appointments & new mails of the shared calendar n inbox.

is this possible if so how do i do this & how do i create shortcuts of
user1s calendar n inbox in the navigation pane of user2.
