We have two users that also have rights to a HelpDesk account. When other
users send calender sharing rights to these users and to the HelpDesk
account, the individual users can share the calendar on their accounts but
the HelpDesk account cannot open the shared calender it says the "folder you
selected is not available". They are publishing editors on the HelpDesk
calendar.
