I am attempting to create a calendar share that managers and executives in my
office can all use and view each other's appointments. The problem is I
believe that this can only be done if everyone is on the Exchange server. I
have about half of them who are on a POP account. Since the calendar is
shared through Exchange email accounts I would have to add Exchange accounts
to the users that are using POP. This creates a problem as everyone of those
people will now get duplicate emails when they hit the server. Is there
anyway around this? Your help is appreciated.
