SHARING CALENDAR

I AM ON A EXCHANGE EMAIL SERVER AT WORK, AND I AM REQUIRE
TO SHARE MY CALENDAR, BUT I HAVE NO "SHARE MY CALENDAR"
TAB IN THE CALENDAR PANE!!HOW DO I GET IT THERE?

Go into the properties of your calendar via the Folder List. Go to the permissions tab and give permissions to the person that needs to open your calendar. You may need to experiment a little to get the right amount of access.
The other person will go to File-->Open-->Other User's Folder; choose calendar, and put in your username.

In addition to what Matthew has said, ensure your mail delivery location is
set to Exchange mailbox, not personal folders.
