Sharing calendars created in Outlook with Entourage

We all use Outlook in the office save for our graphics team that uses Macs.
They have to use Entourage on the Mac. How do I share a calendar and have
those who are using Entourage have access to edit my calendar in outlook? We
are all on the same server using a microsoft exchange server.
