Sharing Calendars in Outlook 2002

I can share some calendars but some i get the following
error
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The operation failed

I am using outlook 2002 ans outlook 2000
with exchange server. Permissions are set and I get this
only on a couple of calendars.
Any Ideas

If the Calendars are inside of a personal folder, it can not be shared with others.

I also encountered this problem and found two things to check. The users you cannot see may not have created an exchange email account and under advance set the exchange server to sync.

How do you move it out of a .pst if the calander is in
there?
