Sharing calendars on Outlook 2003 SP1

Since upgrading to Outlook 2003 SP1, I am now unable to see colleagues'
calendars through Exchange Server. They can see mine. Another colleague
experienced the same problem and had to uninstall SP1 in order to rectify the
problem. What is the problem?
