Sharing Calendars Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002

I have "Editor" permission to view and update Calendars of
5 managers-we all used Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000.
Recently two upgraded to Windows XP, Outlook 2002 and I no
longer have access to their Calendars. We do not wish to
use Microsoft Exchange Server. Is there an easy fix? If
Outlook 2000 was installed on Windows XP would that fix
problem?
