I have editing rights to our director's calendar. I posted an appointment on
his calendar, a very important appointment. He ended up missing it, because
when he viewed his calendar from his desk it wasn't on his calendar, but it
was on his calendar from my computer. He posted an appointment at his
computer and when I viewed his calendar from my desk it wasn't there. What
causes this to happen? We need to be able to view each others calendars. I
can't have my director missing important meetings. Please does anybody know
how to fix this problem?
Why do appointments fall off calendars? Why do they not post in the first
