Sharing Calendars using Net Folders

Using Outlook 2000 I get the error message "Net Folders was
unable to mail New Subscripton offers to the following
adresses:"

I have tried the fix of renaming (also tried deleting) the
frmcache.dat file as suggested in OL2000.

Any other suggestions?
