Sharing Calendars with Free/Busy Schedule Information

I have a very perplexing problem. Last night, I was successful posting and
retrieving Free/Busy information from a computer on my home LAN and with an
internet domain server outside of my home LAN. Getting this to work last
night was no easy task as I needed to ensure Windows Firewalls were off and
my LAN router firewall was properly configured to allow the data transfers.
As said, I was successful, retrieved my colleagues schedules, and called it
quits for the night.

This morning, however, I can not retrieve the Free/Busy information for the
calendars on either of the sites (local LAN or external domain). When I set
up a meeting with one of the colleagues who have published their Free/Busy
schedules, I see a message on the horizontal calendar line that says, "No
Free/Busy Information Could Be Retrieved." The perplexing part of this is
that I have made absolutely no changes to my local computer or either of the
hosts, except to allow my local computer to hibernate for the night. Last
night, everything was working perfectly and I was seeing the schedules for
the same colleagues with no problem at all!

Is there a setting or protection feature in Outlook that I am missing or
inadvertainly returns to default? Any ideas?

Technical Details:
Windows XP, Outlook 2003. This is NOT a Microsoft Exchange environment.
Home LAN is built around a Netgear Router which has been configured for FTP
transfer.

Thanks to anyone who might have some ideas.

Dave
