Sharing calendars

We are using Outlook 2002 and I would like to share a
calendar with someone. I need to be able to see if he has
any appointments and be able to add appointments to his
calendar. He also syncs his Outlook with his Pocket PC.
We do not have Microsoft Exchange. Is there any way this
can be done?

Nothing is built into Outlook 2002 for peer-to-peer sharing, except for
Internet free/busy times. See
