Sharing Calendars

I want my secretary to synch my outlook calendar from my Treo and my
partner's outlook calendar from his Blackberry to her PC so she'll know our
schedules. Can you enter 2 people's calendars onto Outlook 2003 on one PC
w/o a server or a network?
