Sharing contacts between multiple outlook 2003 accounts

I have a Windows Mobile 2003 smartphone that will sync to the Contacts
folder in outlook 2003. I have Outlook configured with two accounts, one
for personal use and one for business use, with separate .PST files (and
delivery locations) on a network share and hence different. Ideally what
I'd like to do is have a third account set up to sync with my mobile, and
include the contacts from both the personal and business accounts.

Anyone know of a way that I can achieve this?
