Sharing contacts between User profiles in XP

I use Windows XP and Outlook 2000. Contacts all show in my User profile on XP but don't for my wife

How do I get it so that both of us see the one Contacts file - is it "Sharing" in Outlook or do I just need to point Outlook to look at a Shared directory for the Contacts
