Sharing contacts folder

Hi,

I've allowed someone else to view my contacts but they
cannot see all of them. At the bottom it gives the corect
number of contacts, it just doesn't show them. I've
uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000 and installed
SP1. Haven't done SP2 or 3 yet as it takes so long, but
will do unless anyone knows of a fix for this???
