I have 800 contacts that I want to share with another user. I gave this user
permission to view and copy these into his Outlook. All of my contacts have
at the top of the detailed business card, the name or company - a title by
which the cards are sorted. however when you copy all my contacts to the
other user, this information is missing. I must then open each contact and
select the FILE UNDER button and choose the option I want. I cannot see
myself having to do this for 800 contacts ! HELP!
