Sharing contacts

A while back I found some software that allowed sharing Outlook contact
info. it used SQL and was fairly reasonably priced.
I don't remember the name of the software or the web site.
It was something like SQLContacts or ContactSQL or something like that.

Does anybody know of that site or know of software that will work like that?
