Sharing & copy link database automaticly to temporary

Hi,

I really need help in copy source of mydatabase
automaticly from my network office to temporary folder
(said C:\TEMP)and than make link to my acces source file.
'Cause my database used by so many application & user; and
when it been used ,will lock each other program
Anyone help would be great appriciate. Thanks
