sharing custom toolbar

I have created a custom tool bar in windows 2003 that holds the styles and
headings that I am using. It appears when I open it but if a work mate opens
the document they can access the styles / headings but cant access the custom
toolbar. Any ideas on what I have done wrong? Thanks in advance, Tracey

Hi Tracey:

You have stored the custom toolbar in your local template.

You need to store it in a template that you can place on the network, or
send with the document. Then you need to attach that template to the
document. Then send both files.

You "can" store toolbars in a "Document" as opposed to storing them in a
template. But you will have severe problems emailing the result if you do.

AntiVirus programs should block the document if you try to email it or save
it to the network.

Hope this helps
