Sharing Distribution List with the whole office

I have 5 distribution list of board members. I want to share the 5 list with my whole office. If a make a change to distribution list 1, I want the others see my changes too. If I forward or import the list for co-worker 1, they are not able to see any new changes to my existing 5 board member list. How can I create a link to my 5 distribution list for my co-workers? I have outlook 2002 and my coworkers have outlook 2000.
