Sharing Emails Copied to Shared Journal

I am using Outlook 2003 and am trying to set up a shared journal. I've
figured out how to set up the permissions so that others can see and post to
the journal, but when I copy an email message to the journal, the others can
open the journal entry, but can't open the email attached to the journal
entry.

I've set permissions for my Mailbox, my Inbox, and my Journal. The Mailbox
and Inbox are set to View Folder only, but the Journal has Contributing
Editor permissions.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
