Sharing files

We have several people in our office and are on a network
system with shared files.

How do we share our Outlook Calendars with each other. We
have downloaded and followed all written instructions and
have not been able to share the calendars.

Have already put the calendar folders into a Microsoft
briefcase in Shared.
