We have two Exchange servers in our organization, one in New York and one in
Denver. A user in New York wishes to share her contacts folder with other
users. With New York staff, we were able to give them permissions to the
mailbox and then the contacts folder. However, when we wanted to do the same
with a user in Denver, we had to give full permissions to the NY user's
entire mailbox in order for him to see the Contacts folder. We could resolve
this problem by moving all mailboxes to NY, but that would require our
Denver users to go over the frame to reach their mail. Is there another,
easier solution?
Thanks.
