Sharing folder inside of Contacts

Jeremy

Our district uses Exchange Server and Outlook 2003.
At our school, I created a folder called Distribution List within the
Contacts folder in our secretary's profile. Then I shared it giving
appropriate permissions. When I go to another users profile, I have know
problem opening the secretary's Contacts list. But I can't figure out how
to open the Distribution folder under that.
The basic idea is for our secretary to create a few distribution lists
specifically for our school. We want to do that so she can edit them but
doesn't have to email the revised list to users after revising. The users
should just be able to open the Distribution List from her profile to send
out mass emails.
Can anyone give me any help or suggest a website with the solution?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Thank you Roady. What you say and the link make sense to me. I'll try it
and see how it works.

For subfolders you'll need to add her mailbox to your profile. See;
