Sharing folders and mailbox

Hi,

We use Outlook 2000 and 2003, in both versions when somone shares a folder
with me, I go "Open others folder" when I choose person who shared with me,
shouldn't I see the shared folder name already?
I don't see it, and folder type doesn't mean anything, and you cant just
enter the person name, and shared folder name.

No, you have to tell Outlook which folder you want to open -- Calendar, Contacts, etc.

I want to create a folder in outlook, move some e-mails to it, and share
that folder with someone to see it.
Why can't I do that?

Why? I don't know. YOu haven't given us nearly enough details, the most basic being where the folder you're trying to share is located.
