Wouldn't it be easy enough to try?

Hi Orlando,

you can not (only if you use Exchange) share Outlook PST files. Not with
Outlook 2002, not 2003 not 2007. Only with Exchange or with additional
Software.

On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data:

Outlook Messaging Tools on the US Microsoft Server:

and have a look on this site for 3rd Party Tools:

Hi Oliver, thanks for your help.

I will try the Public Sync Tool (PST)

Hi Orlando,

the Public SyncTool is not a sharing tool, itis a synchronization tool
betwenn 2 PST files, but it can not "share" the PST.

What you ask for is:
If yes, can a outlook 2003 users acess a outlook 2007 folder from another
user?

So you will need a sharing solution.

I would try "Public ShareFolder". ;-)

but on this site are some sharing solution, so it is your decision:

but the SyncTool can not share a PST file:
