Sharing form with macro on toolbar

I have run into a wall. I have an evaluation form created in Word 2000
I have followed the instructions in the document "How to enable th
spellchecker in a protected doucment" and now that is working at m
desk. I used the information in the article "How to assign a Wor
commmand or macro to a toolbar on a menu" so that I can begin the spel
check. This works at my desk.

The trouble is that it ONLY works at my desk. I have saved the documen
and the macro in the template I call Evaluation. When I share th
template, via e-mail I don't know how to "send" the customized toolba
with it.

So close but so far

You need to remove the macro button from the toolbar, then change the "Save
in" setting in the Customize dialog to your template so that the
customization will be saved there. Then it will travel with the template
(make sure the macro is saved in your template as well).
