Sharing forms with non Groove partners

I have just started using MS Office Groove to enable my team to collaborate
on Meeting notes. I created a form in Infopath forms, everyone has their own
section to complete and it works well. The issue I am having is that is seems
like Groove will not allow anyone outside the team to view the forms. I
cannot email them, or save them off in any way. Exporting does not work
either as all i get is the list view and exporting an infopath form to Excel
is not very good.

As sharing minutes of a meeting only with the people who were in that
meeting seems a bit redundant I am sure there must be a way to distribute the
information to people outside Groove. Can someone please help or point me in
the right direction.

PS - I have heard mention of tools which will allow you to export the form
from InfoPath Forms into a usable format which can be emailed to non groove
users - this is exactly what I need but cannot find anything online
