sharing free/busy time

I migrate from Exchange 5.5 server to Exchange 2000 server.
Now not work sharing free-busy time on Exch. 2000 server.
Both servers are in mixed mode. I need go to native mode,
bat I don't know how run sharing free-busy time on
Exchange 2000 server.
