Sharing help

We are using outlook 2000. I work in the training and
planning office for the Marine Corps. My Staff NCO made
four different calendars for different types of training.
He wants me to be able to access these from my outlook
account. We tried making me a delegate, tried individual
file permissions, and nothing works. How can I view and
edit his calendars as needed?

Have you tried Net Folders, as in Sharing the calendar with other users?
