Sharing Inbox with another user

Hi, please respond via email.

I have given permissions for a user to be an editor to
another users mailbox. I have noticed some issues though.

When the user that editor rights to the others mailbox
sends an email to them, they dont receive it. And when you
go to the shared users email, if you forward an email to
the editor, they dont receive it.
