Sharing Macros (PERSONAL.XLS)

I want to be able to share a macro with co-workers. I
know I can give them my personal.xls file to copy into
their profile, but then would they lose any macros they
created?

Ideally, I would like to email a batch file or something
similar that they could run to load the macro into their
own profile..
