I see the other computers but get this message:

use this network resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have access permission

After you shared the C:\ drive, you also need to set permission in the
Security tab.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application. Perhaps, you should post the question to
one of the Windows newsgroup.
