Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I would like to be able to email/forward a contact group. Is this possible?
Sorry, this feature is not available in Entourage.
You can do this workaround though:
1) Create a new mail message and add your contact group to the To field.
2) Select File --> Save to save this new message to your Drafts folder.
3) Create a new mail message to the person receiving your list.
4) Drag the saved message from your Drafts folder to the new mail
message. This will create an attachment. Your recipient will receive the
list of addresses, however, he will need to create his own group and
place them in it.
