Sharing Outlook 2003 Calendar

Hi,
If I share my calendar with another person, shouldn't he get reminders
too that I have setup ?
Right now he is not getting reminders setup in calendar.
We are using Outlook 2003.

I would think that it would not send a reminder to the other person. On our
shared calendar for our department that is set up in Exchange, we don't get
reminders that are set up in that.
