sharing Outlook 2007 on 2 computers

We use Outlook 2007 on 2 different computers, one a laptop, running Vista
and the other a Desktop running XP. Both computers are plugged into a router.
We need to share the calendar and contacts on both computers (we don't need
to share emails). Is there a way to do this? Thanks
