Sharing Outlook 2007 with BCM database with Mac user?

We would like to share business contacts between 4 users, 3 of which use pc's
and 1 who is a Mac user. Are we able to do this with an online hosted
exchange service? I.e. will the Mac user be able to get any sensible
information out of BCM with Entourage?
We are particularly concerned about being able to share the details and
history of interaction with contacts.
