Sharing Outlook calendar

Hi, I hope someone can help.

I'm running on Win2k server SP4, Exchange2k SP3, Outlook 2K
I just upgraded to Exchange2k from Exchange 5.5.
Everything is working, however I find that when I tried to
shared my calendar I cannot add anyone's account that was
newly created on Exchange 2k. All the accounts that came
over from 5.5 can be added. I tried to compare the 2 but
I'm unable to see anything. HELP!!!! what is wrong?
