sharing outlook contacts folder on LAN and also accessing from second computer by pcanywhere

Abby

I have searched and searched for answers to these questions, please
forgive me if this has been answered already.
I work in small nonprofit office with 2 computers networked. I would
like to be able to access and enter outlook contacts from either
computer to one contacts folder and also ideally access that folder on
first computer while another person is entering new contacts on second
computer to same folder
..
Is this possible?

I also work from my home office frequently and would like to access
and ideally enter contacts in that same single outlook folder, using
pcAnywhere if possible. IN this situation there would not be another
using this folder simultaneously and I would be only one accessing
folder remotely.

We don't have funding to go to Exchange.
Is the above possible and how do I do it?
WE have outlook 2002 now but can upgrade to 2003.
thanks in advance
