How can I share the fax numbers in Microsoft Outlook with
an HP All-In-One printer/fax?

Why would we even know what HP All-In-One printer fax is? Sounds like you
should be asking HP.

If you do find some documentation that came with this device, what you want
to determine is which address books (if any) it supports. If it only
supports the Windows Address Book but not the Outlook Address Book, we can
figure out how to share your Outlook Contacts with the WAB, but we'll need
to know your Outlook version.
