Sharing Outlook in peer-peer network

We have 3 users in a peer to peer network. We would like to all make changes to contacts and calendar and have all three users automatically get them so I don't have to import / export. We cannot afford exchange. We tried 4 team and osasync but got many errors where all the data did not sync or duplicates were created. I have heard about an online solution. Please let me know about this. Please suggest the most cost effective RELIABLE solution.
