Sharing Outlook

I am trying to set out our office to be able to view each others calanders
and tasks throught the exchange server, all is going swimmingly well except
for mine I can share areas with everybody else but I can not see theirs, I
get this message 'Unable to display the folder. The tasks/calender (depending
on which area I want to view) folder could not be found'.

Does anybody have any ideas.

I just recently have done the same thing. That appeared when the people I
was trying to add had NOT shared their items with me yet. They had to add me
to their list to be able to view them, either by default view for everyone or
adding me specifically.
