Sharing permissions on calendars

I have 120 users on Outlook XP. After migrating the
Exchangeserver to 2003, the permissions to share calendars
are not working. I found out, that it´s because they need
to be shared to a securitygroup instead of the
distributionlist it used to be.
But can I fix these permissions centrally so I dont have
to ask all users to do it themselves in their Outlook ?
Is there a tool I can use, a reg-key I can edit or ??
