Sharing .PST???

Hi,
I am trying to shared my calendar with my company collegues.
Exported my .pst file to a shared drive. But it seems that the .pst
file dun allow multiple user to open to access. Can .pst be open by
multiple user at the same time and if anyone update the calendar will
it update all calendars? Read about net folder and outllook plus, but
it dun seem to be what i needed. How should i go about doing it?

Hi,
But all this software needs to be purchase. Is there anything features
that are in outlook xp itself without purchasing, that allows me to do
..pst sharing?
