Sharing .PSTfile.

Does anyone know if it is possible to share simultanously a .PST file.

The systemmanger of Exchange will not setup a groupaccount, so no help
there.

I am working on a project and all relevant mail is redirected to a .PST
file, if another person try to open this file it gets the messages file is
in use.
