Sharing Resources from different groups... need help

Ok with my 5 different groups, can i share resources from one group t
another group and clearly state that resources have been taken to assis
the group where the overallocation is? Because when i try to do
resource pool, it overwrites the overallocated groups information an
resplaces it with the resource information from the group i want to us
to assist the staffing.

what can i do this is holding me back from what i want to achieve.

any ideas ?
